Global PR Manager for The Body Shop, driving awareness, engagement and social change. An international role managing the delivery of the Beauty with Heart platform across 66 markets worldwide. This role was heavily focused on creating editorial opportunities for markets through the creation of a global, internal storytelling website and its subsequent population with rich content including photography, interviews, pack shots and press copy. For social audiences, the new brand look and feel was leveraged to create engaging product and campaign-driven Facebook content for a global audience of eco-savvy, socially aware consumers. The launch event comprised a global beauty media event for 250+ journalists from 50 markets and live stream events by brand ambassadors Leona Lewis and Lily Cole, generating £27M AVE of editorial in the process and increasing FB likes by 600k in one year.
